Who We Are
K.N Ndiang'ui & Co Advocates is a medium-sized firm of Advocates founded by Mr. Kennedy Ndung'u Ndiang'ui in the year 2022. He is also the current Managing Partner.
As a firm, we provide a diversity of legal services to a wide range of clientele which includes but is not limited to constitutional bodies, Financial Institutions, Government Agencies, Companies and Private Individuals. The firm operates in a technologically enabled environment with full e-mail and internet access facilities.

K.N Ndiang'ui & Co Advocates is a medium size law firm in Kenya that was founded in the Year 2022. It currently comprises of one (1) Managing Partner, Three (3) associates and One Legal Researcher (1). In addition, we have dedicated support staff.

Three specialized departments working in harmony
Litigation
Deals with civil litigation on insurance claims, employment matters, land related disputes, constitutional proceedings, corporate and individual debt collection among other matters.
Conveyancing & Real Estate
Deals with property conveyancing, real estate transactions, mortgages and charges preparation and registration, and other related matters.
Commercial
Deals with company incorporation, liquidation, winding up, commercial transactions, contracts, and corporate matters.
Each department is headed and supervised by the Managing Partner
Our History
The firm was founded in the year 2022 by Mr. Kennedy Ndung'u Ndiang'ui as K.N NDIANG'UI & CO ADVOCATES. Its offices were located at Galaxy Complex Building Room 4. During this time of establishment, the firm had one (1) advocate, one (1) clerk and a process server.
We have over time, attracted and retained high caliber team of staff who are committed to utilization of quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement to services given to our clients.
K.N Ndiang'ui and Company Advocates has grown both in size and capacity and currently has a team of four (4) advocates, one (1) legal researcher, two (2) clerks, one (1) accountant, one (1) janitor and two (2) interns.
We have maintained a diverse, welcoming and professional culture.
