Our Data Protection department is mandated with advising clients on complying with the complex and evolving landscape of data privacy laws. We are among the accredited Data Training and Data Protection Audit and Compliance Firms by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. Our firm prides itself among the few that in collaboration with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner participated in the Implementation of the National Data Protection Advocacy Program where we trained over 200 Data Subjects in Makueni County. We have been retained by various clients to offer data protection services that include but not limited to Regulatory Compliance, Policy and Contract Drafting, Risk Assessment and Auditing, Incident Response Management, Litigation, International Data Transfers and Training and Guidance.
