We have a vibrant litigation department that deals with a wide range of disputes that arise from the ordinary course of business and individual relationships. Our scope of litigation ranges from personal claims, data protection, tax law, sports law, family law, employment and labour law and criminal law litigation. We appear before various courts in Kenya, Tribunals and Quasi-judicial bodies to represent our clients' best interests.
